What's Happening Now
***UPDATE***May 24, 2010...On may 26th, we will be attending classes for LEAD. At the end of class, we will then be licensed to properly address any and all lead sconcerns pertaining to your home. At Absolute we are always striving to get all appropriate licensing and the newest product information to serve our clients in the best way we can. We at Absolute have decided to move ahead with forming a partnership with Wausau Homes. The Absolute Brand will be splitting in 2 to form our more identifiable Absolute Builders Unlimited Llc. This is a process that will take place over the next 120 days. Though there is a possibility that this might not come to fruition, we are confident that we will be the next exclusive Wausau Homes franchise. Also, June 6-11, we will be attending ACR Restoration' s continuing education on water damage and disaster mitigation. ACR is a giant in the restoration field and we are honored to asked to attended their continuing education program.
***UPDATE***April 9, 2010...Absolute Restoration is happy to announce the homeowner contractor agreements and scope of work have been agreed to and signed for Terry and Allison McDonald's home in Libertyville. Also, all subcontractors have been chosen to perform hvac, roofing and plumbing renovation. We anticipate a start date within 14 days. pending final approval from Bank of America. Thank you, Terry, Allison and Bank of America for choosing Absolute Restoration. We will strive to make your renovation as seamless as possible.
***UPDATE***April 7, 2010...Absolute Restoration would like to thank Mitchell and Dan at DND Maintenance Facilities for choosing us to be their emergency response and board up contractor for Southeast Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Our first account will be in Milwaukee at a Carquest Auto Parts that had sustained window damage. We will be handling a 50 mile plus raidus of Kenosha, Wisconsin. DND handles properties such as Starbucks, Carquest, and various other fast food restaraunts, car dealerships and department stores. We are very excited to be adding them to our growing corporate client list !!! Thanks, DND!
***UPDATE***March 31, 2010...Absolute would like to thank Joe Manzi of Pleasant Prairie (Carol Beach) for choosing us to reapair and restore his lake front home. Joe and his wife sustained extensive water damage to the crow's nest observitory portion of their home due to poorly installed windows. We will start with an inspection and removal of the exterior window trim and move into the drywall restoration from there. Thank you for choosing Absolute Restoration Joe!
***UPDATE***March 24, 2010...We would like to thank Will Jones and his wife, Grace of Pleasant Prairie (Carol Beach) for choosing Absolute Restoration for consultation for the room addition on their home. We recieved the architect stamped blueprints Saturday March 20th and are already holding meetings with various sub-contractors getting our proposal ready to go. ***UPDATE***March 19, 2010...Absolute Restoration would like to welcome their newest client, Pat Tinker and Century 21/Collen Realty of Kenosha, WI. We will be repairing , restoring and replacing an extensive amount of drywall in one the forclosures they will be handling. We look forward to working closely with Pat and Century 21/Collen Realty in handling all of their forclosure renovation needs. Thank you Pat and all at Century 21 / Colleen Realty !
***UPDATE***February 23,2010...Absolute is happy to announce we are in the final stages with Terry McDonald and his wife, Allison to to get the renovation of their new home in Libertyville, Illinois underway! Absolute Restoration will not only be responsiable for the general contracting of the renovation and restoration of their home, but will be performing a substantial amount of the work. Final details and the scope of work are being fine tuned as we speak. Also the Bolingbrook restoration is going along as smoothly as possible. Progress is being made daily! We anticipate to have all drywall finshed and painted in this 3800 square foot home complete by Feb 27th, then moving on into trim and 3 bathroom restoration phaze after that.
***UPDATE***February 9, 2010...Absolute Resoration is excited to announce that we have joined the Kenosha area chamber of commerce. We will be attending the commerce expo at Parkside College on Feburary 13th and 14th with members of the ACR Restoration staff. We at Absolute are proud to be laying roots down in Kenosha and are proud to be part of this community... thank you for the acceptance into the chamber of commerce. We are honored to support what we believe is a fantastic organaztion and vow to maintain a membership in good standing.
We are very happy to be back in full swing at the Bollingbrook job. All hvac, electrical, plumbing improvements and code updates have been completed and approved by the village. We will be moving along with the renovation face at a brisk pace and plan to be 100 % completed in 4-6 weeks.
